My name is Margaret Kendrick, and I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Health Science at the University of Central Florida.

I am passionate about movement, wellness, and the connection between humans and animals. My professional interests include biomechanics, rehabilitation, and integrative health practices. Through my work in equine training, Pilates instruction, and equine massage therapy, I’ve developed a unique perspective on how body awareness and proper mechanics can transform both athletic performance and overall well-being.
